These are all materials you have been given in hard copy. You will also find here internet assignments, announcements such as changes in the class schedule, exam announcements, and links to many interesting and useful world-wide web pages.

Schedule and Office Hours
You can find Cliff Donn’s teaching schedule and office hours for the current semester here.

Syllabus and Reading List
You will find a copy of the course syllabus and reading list here in a slightly different format from the one you were given in class. You will find the description of the course, the "expectations" for the instructor and for you, the planned dates for topics and activities and the reading list. If you lose your copy, you can print out a copy of this one.

Term-Paper Handout
Here you will find another copy of your term paper outline in case you don’t have yours with you when you need it. You should look at this carefully before you do each of the steps in preparing the paper; i.e. before you select a topic, before you do your outline and list of sources, before you do your thesis and conclusions, and several before you write any draft of the paper. Requirements with regard to style are specified here as are the criteria by which the paper will be evaluated.

Students are required to give credit to the sources they use in an appropriate manner. You should familiarize yourself with these requirements and other requirements with regard to style for papers in the IRHRM department by reading the material under format and style very carefully.

Library Reserve List
This is the reserve list of materials which has been sent to the library. If you are having trouble locating something on reserve, please check this list to make sure it was placed on reserve.

Reading Guide
You should consult the Reading Guide in this class often. You should look at it as you do each reading because it tells you what material to concert on for note taking. You should look at it after you have done each reading to make certain your notes contain all of the important material. You should look at it again each time you study for an exam since it indicates which materials are the most important in each reading.

Arbitration and Mediation Cases
You are welcome to attend arbitration or mediation cases with Cliff (although you should not use this as an excuse to cut other classes) as an observer to see what they are like.  There is a sign-up sheet on his office door but you can look at the cases which are currently scheduled here.
